Additional Terms and Policies...
It is the policy of Flatwater Armory, LLC to sell firearms to United States
citizens only.
Flatwater Armory is NOT an exporter and cannot ship outside of the United
States.
Flatwater Armory reserves the right to deny a purchase for any reason.
The customer understands that ALL items purchased from Flatwater Armory are for
lawful uses only.
Flatwater Armory, LLC cannot be held responsible for illegal or inappropriate
use of it's products.
By purchasing from Flatwater Armory, you confirm that you:

Have never been
convicted of a felony or crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding
one year
·
Have never been
adjudicated as mentally defective or been committed to a mental institution
·
Have never been a
fugitive from justice, an unlawful user of any controlled substance
·
Have never been
dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces
·
Are a U.S. citizen and
have never renounced his or her US citizenship
·
Have never been
convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
·
Are not currently
subject to a court order that restrains you from harassing, stalking, or
threatening an intimate partner or child
Flatwater Armory
reserves the right to limit or cancel orders of multiple firearms.
Additional Shipping Policies...
ALL shipments will only be transferred from Flatwater Armory to verified
holders of a qualified Federal Firearms License (FFL). Customers must
complete and be approved under their individual state sanctioned background
check system at their local FFL to take position of their purchase.
Flatwater Armory WILL NOT ship directly to customers, the purchase must go
through your local FFL dealer. After processing of your purchase, you will be contacted at the
provided email requesting the FFL information of where you would like your
firearm shipped. Failure to provide a valid FFL for shipment within 30
days after being contacted will result in forfeiture of your purchase and NO
REFUND will be given.

If you are denied your purchase by your local FFL due to inability to
pass the applicable background check, all firearms must be returned to
Flatwater Armory by your local FFL and NO REFUND will be issued.
It is the responsibility of the customer to know your local and state firearm
laws and restrictions. Flatwater Armory does not keep a list of these
laws and restrictions. The customer is responsible for
their individual purchase and abiding by their local and state laws
and restrictions. Should your state or local laws prohibit the sale or
ownership of a firearm purchased from Flatwater Armory, NO REFUND will be given
to the customer and the firearm will be returned to Flatwater Armory.
Flatwater Armory does not ship firearms to CA, CT, MA, MD, NJ, NY, or Cook
County & Chicago IL.
Returns Policy...
A Return Authorization is
required from Flatwater Armory, LLC. for ALL returns. Please
email jim@flatwaterarmory to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization
Number (RMA).
All returns must be in NEW and UNFIRED condition. Rifles that have
been fired cannot be returned.
All returns must be made
within 14 days of the shipping date. Please take the time to inspect your item within 14 days of
the shipping date noted on the label. Returns made after 14 days from the date
of shipment will be refused.
The customer is responsible for return of all items and shipping
costs. Refunds are processed in the order received. Depending upon
season, volume of business or product availability, you may experience a short
delay in receiving your exchange. Returns are usually processed in 7 business
days from when they are received.
ALL items are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Because each order
is customized to your specifications, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted
from your refund. If you wish to keep a portion of your order, for example keep
the optic and mount but return the rifle, the restocking fee will only apply to
the product(s) returned.
Warranty Policy…
Any modification
or alteration to Flatwater Armory products will void all warranty. Do not remove, change or alter ANY part of the firearm or you
will void the warranty.
If you experience any issues, please contact Flatwater Armory
FIRST and DO NOT attempt to perform work of any type on our products. Firearms and parts can be easily damaged without proper
knowledge, experience, and tools. Flatwater Armory is not responsible for
damage incurred by customers changing, altering or modifying our products in
any way shape or form.
Each rifle comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the
original purchaser of the firearm. Flatwater Armory reserves the right, at our
sole discretion to refuse warranty claims, including without limitation,
warranty claims that appear by Flatwater Armory to be false or fraudulent. If
we believe that you have made a false or fraudulent warranty claim the warranty
will be nullified and canceled on that product.
Examples of this would be, but not limited to:
- Use of reloaded ammunition/wrong type of
ammunition
- Abuse of the firearm resulting in damage/wear
that would be considered atypical
- Wear of the barrel, bolt or other moving parts
due to extreme use or number of rounds fired
